How much does a call answering service cost

What if I go over my minutes?

If you go over your set monthly minutes, there will be an additional minute charge, which varies per plan. When it comes to answering service pricing comparisons, VoiceNation exceeds expectations.

Can I use my existing phone number?

Yes. You can forward your existing number to us at any time, and we’ll start answering your calls. Or you can port your number from your existing carrier and VoiceNation can host it for you.

Why do I need a designated VoiceNation number?

You need this number for forwarding your calls to us. You can also publish this number as your business number, helping to keep your personal number private.

How long does it take to get set up?

We can start taking your calls as soon as you sign up. The rest of your account setup, such as custom scripting, takes a mere 24 hours to process.

Can you transfer calls to my cell phone or home phone?

We can transfer calls to any U.S. number. We can transfer to multiple numbers, too.

How do I check my usage?

You can see how many minutes you’ve used within the monthly bill period by checking the mobile app or online dashboard.

Can I cancel my contract at any time?

Yes – all we need is one-months’ notice. It’s worth noting that our plans are billed on the first day of each month, so if you request to cancel your contract after the 1st calendar day of the month, you’ll be charged for that full month of service. If you do wish to cancel, you can do this via your online dashboard, or by contacting us directly on 866-766-5050 or support@voicenation.com.
