How to add contact:
For new contacts, it’s simple and easy to do. You’ve got new contacts now, awesome!
In the Ninja Number app, choose Contacts from the home screen.
In the upper right hand corner, select the person silhouette with the plus sign icon.
Fill out the new contact form with the contact’s information: email, first name, last name, organization and phone number (landline, mobile or both).
Tap Next.
You’ll be asked to designate the contact was either an Inquiry, Initial Contact, Qualified Lead, Customer, VIP or Personal.
Tap Create, and you’re done! Now you can easily find that contact either through scrolling through Contacts or by searching in Contacts.
For existing contacts:
Like everything your Ninja Number does, this is quick and easy!
From the home screen, select Contacts.
At the bottom of the screen, you’ll see Import contacts.
Once you tap that option, your contacts from your phone will appear.
Choose which contacts you want to add, then select Important contacts from the bottom of the screen.
How to delete a contact :
Need to delete a contact? No biggie! It’s very straightforward.
Select the contact from the Contact screen that you want to delete.
Choose Edit.
At the bottom of the screen, you’ll see the option to delete the contact.
We’ll ask to make sure you want to delete the contact. Tap delete if you’re sure, tap cancel if you’ve changed your mind.
How to edit a contact:
Make whatever changes you want, whenever you want!
Select the contact from the Contact screen that you want to edit.
Choose Edit.
Edit away!
How to call a contact in the app:
From the home screen, choose Contacts.
Tap the contact you want to call.
Then you’ll see a green phone icon. Tap it!
Ninja Number will automatically pull up your phone’s dialer, which will display the call button. Tap that!
You’ll see that the phone call is being made through Ninja Number, so your personal number is kept private!
