To set up the greeting for your extension on your PBX Setup:
Dial your service number.
As you start to hear the greeting, interrupt it by pressing * (star)
The system will ask you to enter the box number/ extension. Example: 101
After Keying in the extension (i.e. 101) the system will ask for the passcode.
Key in the corresponding passcode from the setup notes e-mail.
After keying in the greeting you are presented various options.
Option 3 should be "Recording Options".
To set up the main greeting for your PBX Setup:
Dial your service number.
As you start to hear the greeting, interrupt it by pressing # (pound).
The system will ask for the passcode. Key in the passcode from the setup notes you received via e-mail.
