The SmartRoute feature allows you to handle calls differently depending on the caller ID. For example, you can tell your system that if your spouse calls to always send the calls through directly to your cell phone. On the other hand, if it's your ex-spouse, send the call directly to voicemail.
You can also block certain callers, or block all unknown numbers.
