NextPBX: Declined credit cards

There could be several reasons why your credit card payment was declined. Some common ones include:

  • Card on file has expired
  • Insufficient funds
  • Fraud alert
  • Address change (We verify addresses to prevent fraud)
  • Credit card on file was canceled

We try three times to charge your card on file, and send you an email after each unsuccessful attempt. 

You can update your credit card information from the dashboard, or make a one-time payment.

NOTE: Your service will be temporarily suspended if you do not pay your balance within 15 days; after another 30 days it will be permanently disconnected, and you'll lose your number.
