Login to your NextPBX dashboard.
Click the plus sign beside the number that serves as your PBX. Then click on "Add extension" below the number.
You'll get a confirmation message to make sure you want to add an extension; click yes. You'll then get another message confirming that the extension was created.
You'll be able to configure the new extension and check messages and call history by clicking on the plus sign next to the extension.
