NextPBX: How do I change my billing information?

Login to your NextPBX dashboard. Choose the "BILLING" tab at the top left of the page.

Next you'll see a series of options on the left side of the page.  Choose "View/Update Payment Information." From here you can change your:

  • Credit card
  • Company name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Mailing address
  • Billing address
  • Password

NOTE: To protect your credit card information, we don't store any credit card details on our servers. That's why the fields are blank. Once you enter the new payment details, it gets passed along to our payment processor and does not touch our servers.
