NextPBX: How do I set the number of rings before a call is answered?

You can set the number of rings for either voicemail, Virtual Personal Assistant or 24/7 Hotline. Under the number you wish to configure, click on "Configuration," then click on "Change Application." A list of the five apps will appear in the main window.

1. Click which app you want to configure.
2. There will be a dropdown list to set the number of rings callers hear before your voicemail answers. Choose the number of rings.
3. Click "Save" at the bottom right-hand corner of the window.
