If you can't upload your greeting, make sure that your file is under 20mb in size. Also, make sure that the file is either an mp3 or wav file. NextPBX will not accept other audio formats such as aiff, m4a, arc, flac or ogg.
You may also call your NextPBX number and enter a greeting.
- Dial the number. When you hear the greeting, press the star (*) button.
- Enter your passcode.
- Press 3 for recording actions.
- Press 1 to change your voice title; press 2 to change your personal greeting.
