NextPBX: Setting up Call Forwarding

Login to your NextPBX dashboard.

In the left-hand menu, click on the number you want to setup. Click on Configuration, then click on "Change Application."

You'll see five icons representing the five main applications we have. Click on "Redirect." A dialog box will open. From here you can change:

  • First name of the mailbox owner
  • Last name of the mailbox owner
  • The number you want your calls forwarded to (This field is required.)

Make your choices and click "Save."

NOTE: To stay in call forwarding mode, make sure that the redirect icon is highlighted on the main menu under "Change Application."
