Billing is due on the 1st of the month each month. To pay your bill:
- Log into dashboard.ninjanumber.com
- Sign in with your account number and password.
- On the left is a Billing tab; click this.
- Next, you will see options for:
- Account info (Company Name, Phone Number, E-Mail, Mailing Address, Billing Address)
- Invoices (Your Monthly Invoices, Invoice Number, Invoice Amount, Invoice Balance -what you owe - and options for viewing and printing)
- Make Payment (This is where you can make a one-time payment. This is great if you want to pay annually.)
- Payment method ( Your credit card on file for smooth, easy, and automatic monthly payments)
- Add a Number (When you add a new Ninja Number to your account, we'll send an invoice to your e-mail)
- Cancel Service (We don't want to see you go, but this is how you cancel)
