Ninja Number: Viewing messages

View your incoming messages easily in either the Ninja Number Dashboard or in the app.

View Messages in the Dashboard

To view messages in the Dashboard:

1. Log into your dashboard.
2. The main display lists all calls.
3. Click the Messages button. All messages sent to your Ninja Number are listed in the Messages screen.
4. Click a message to respond to it via the Ninja Number chat system.

View Messages in the App

When you receive a message to your Ninja Number, you'll receive a notification. You can click the notification to go directly to that message and respond to the sender.

You can also view all messages in the App. To view messages in the App:

1. Log into your Ninja Number app.
2. The main display lists all calls.
3. Tap the Messages button at the bottom. All messages sent to your Ninja Number are listed in the Messages screen.
4. Tap a message to respond to it via the Ninja Number chat system.
