In the past, when Ninja Number sent a call to your phone, you could give it one of two options:
- Direct transfer, in which the call went directly to the person's cellphone;
- Screened transfer, in which you could either accept or reject the call.
We have opted to offer screened transfers only. Direct transfers take the phone call out of Ninja Number, which doesn't allow us to give you reports and insights on your forwarded calls. Also, by having a screened transfer, you can decide whether the call is important enough to take. If you reject the call, the call will be sent to voicemail.
