The Moneypenny Group, a premier provider of virtual receptionist and phone answering services, has expanded its US operations with the acquisition of Sunshine Communication Services. This strategic move aims to enhance Moneypenny’s capabilities and market reach in the US, reinforcing its commitment to providing exceptional customer service solutions.

Founded in 1975 by the Gross family in Florida, Sunshine Communication Services is renowned for its award-winning, bilingual (English and Spanish) call management solutions. The company offers 24/7, 365-day service, ensuring seamless business operations across various industries. The acquisition of Sunshine Communication Services marks Moneypenny’s fourth US acquisition, following Alphapage in 2022. With this latest addition, the US segment of Moneypenny’s business will account for nearly a third of the Group’s total turnover. This expansion is part of Moneypenny’s ambitious growth strategy to meet the increasing demand for efficient customer interaction solutions, blending cutting-edge technology with skilled receptionists.
